At Versus you'll live in close proximity to a number of great landmarks including the Calgary Stampede Grounds, Calagary Tower, Calgary Zoo, Glenbow Museum and Prince's Island Park.
You have a number of different parks and green space near you when you live at Versus. To name a few, Barb Scott Park, Connaught Off-Leash Dog Park, or Prince's Island Park.
The C-train is a 5-minute walk from Versus, and bus stops are located just around the corner from our building.
MacLeod Trail SE is just 2km east of Versus. Crowchild Trail, Bow Trail and Memorial Drive are all also easily accessible from downtown Calgary. Bow Trail and Memorial Drivecan be access via Crowchild Trail located within 3km of Versus.
Take your pick! Spend the day exploring the Glenbow Museum the Lougheed House, or Contemporary Calgary. Read a book at Barb Scott Park, take your dog to the Connaught Off-Leash Park, or explore the outdoors at Prince's Island Park. The choice is yours!
The University of Calgary Downtown Campus is only a 5-minute walk from Versus. Sheldon M. Chumir Health Centre general hospital is a 5-minute drive or 12-minute walk away.
Yes! The Scotiabank Sadddledome at Stampede Park is the main sports and concert venue in Calgary.
Prior to moving into Versus, your Leasing Consultant will book your move in inspection of your suite and your community orientation with the Property Manager. Don't forget to reserve a time for an elevator booking as well!
Yes, we have a Service Team directly on site to help residents with any maintenance requests they may have. You can submit and track your maintenance requests directly on the RENTCafé online resident portal.
It takes between 24-48 hours for your application to be processed.
The RENTCafé online resident portal makes it easy to pay for your rent! You have the ability to set up payment by adding your bank account information, or a credit card or debit card.
Yes, we require all residents to hold active tenants insurance with a minimum liability of $2,000,000 throughout the full tenancy.
We will submit your application for Utilities through Carma & EnMax. We ask that you cantact the provider to obtain confirmation of account set up, prior to move in.
Heat (Gas) and Waste Removal are included in your rent.
Yes, our Leasing Team is happy to give you a tour of Versus virtually or in-person. Whatever you prefer!

Yes, at Versus we have 24/7 on-site Concierge/Security. Concierge hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 7:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Security is on-site 24 hours.
